HOW TO SOLVE KAKURO PUZZLES
The clue for each word in kakuro puzzles is the number which results from adding the digits of the word.
Solve the kakuro puzzle by finding the single digit number which must be inserted into each cell so that each (A)Across word and each (D)Down word ADDS UP to the total which is shown in the pattern cells. 7 = 3 + 3 + 1
Each kakuro cell contains the guide digits 1 to 9, one of which will be the answer for that particular cell. Use logical reasoning to determine which of the guide numbers do not fit in a cell, and remove that guide number by pointing to it with the mouse, and clicking the mouse button. When only one guide digit remains, then that will be the answer for that cell.
Clicking the Undo button will undo the most recent change made in the currently highlighted cell.
